At Fila India, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your Fila India account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original brand box with all price tags and labels attached for a successful inspection.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your registered address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Post a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 working days.
